Powerwell Engineering Limited is a Kenyan-registered contractor delivering infrastructure solutions across the civil, water and electrical sectors. We serve public and private sector clients across Kenya with a practical approach: plan carefully, execute on site, and stay accountable from start to handover.
Who we are
Founded in June 2023, Powerwell Engineering delivers complete, tested and working infrastructure — from site assessment and design through installation, commissioning and handover — in urban, peri-urban and rural locations across Kenya.
Our work covers borehole drilling and equipping, tank towers and water storage, water networks, electrical installations and civil works. One contractor across civil, water, electrical and mechanical works simplifies procurement and coordination at every project phase.
Our Approach
We work on a design-build-execute basis, with single-point accountability from design to handover. Programme, resources, permits and risk assessments are agreed before mobilisation, and every system is tested and verified against project requirements before handover.

- Efficiency — Materials, equipment and subcontractors sourced and scheduled before mobilisation, with direct supervision and daily coordination on site.
- Compliance — Water authority permits, NEMA and county requirements handled at the planning stage, and HSEQ procedures aligned to OSHA and WIBA.

Operational Capabilities
Equipment
A mix of owned and leased equipment — including excavators, graders, compactors, mixers, generators and water pumps — with transport for materials and personnel. Equipment is serviced routinely to keep it available on site.
People
A multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians and site supervisors across civil, water and electrical works. Staffing is scaled to project scope and timelines, supported by ongoing safety and skills training.
